Salus Contribution: In 2015, Nicole earned her Cinematic Productions degree from Azusa Pacific University. She then went on to start a Tennessee photography business with her husband called CNK Photography. Two years later, she transitioned to the ad agency life, working for a company called Conversion Interactive Agency. There, she was a Social Media Marketing Strategist, managing and curating content for 9 different trucking companies on a daily basis. After that, she spent a year as a Community Support Manager for a B2B marketing company called Baam. This role was a new challenge for her as she was now directing a team of 12 to build and shape standard operating procedures such as creating support tickets, monitoring KPIs, and developing various marketing strategies for the company. Her prior experience in both Transportation (one of our core industries) and Marketing set Nicole up to hit the ground running as our new Marketing Specialist.
Now with Salus, she’s responsible for creating useful policyholder content and agency communication through articles, emails, videos, social graphic designs, and more!

Hobbies: Nicole is originally from sunny San Diego, CA, but moved to TN on a whim, right after college. She lives with her husband (Chris), one-year-old son (Carter), and dog (Oliver). During her free time, Nicole loves crafting new things by sewing, knitting, crocheting, watercolor embroidery - you name it! Nicole says, “I’m creative through and through, and making is what I love to do.” Good thing she works in Marketing, where all we do is create! Nicole also has a TikTok channel where she uses her Cricut to make new and awesome things. Her motto is “I have a Cricut and I’m not afraid to use it!” Check her channel at @craftsbykeyes.
